TERMS AND WARRANTY
Refunds of the merchandise value or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of reciept and must be returned in unused condition with the original packaging. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. A return authorization is required before shipping product back, otherwise a 50% restocking fee will be applied. All custom/special orders may not be cancelled once the production process begins. Aditionally, custom/special orders cannot be returned for any reason. The goods must be in their original cartons and must not have been installed. They may be taken out of the box to be viewed, but cannot have been installed for any reason unless arrangements have been made prior to the sale. You are responsible for the return freight back to us. All returns will be credited for the item(s) only. We do not refund for any shipping or handling charges from your original order. Please allow 7-14 days for a refund to be issued. Refunds will be issued to the purchasing credit card.
Upon receipt, please inspect your package and notify us of any damages or defects within 10 days for a refund of merchandise value or exchange. Damages must be returned in unused condition within the original packaging. Please supply proof of damage or defect, with photograph of package and/or product. Generally, replacement glass and any miscellaneous parts can often ship within a few business days in an effort to correct problems quickly and efficiently. Claims of damage after 10 days may be subject to a restocking fee. If the damaged merchandise requires a full replacement and cannot be rectified with sending replacement parts, we will issue a FED EX call tag to pick up the damaged item and will reship you a new one as soon as possible. Please note that we will need to charge you for the replacement ( which you'll be refunded for once we recieve your return). We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Any damaged merchandise needs to be returned to Providence Art Glass and Lighting. We cannot follow returns made to other locations and no credit will be issued in those situations.
We recommend that all fixtures be installed by a professional electrician. Although we use all new UL Listed parts, our fixtures and not UL listed as a whole. All fixtures are tested and assembled by a professional prior to shipping. We take great pride in producing the finest quality lighting with the highest regard to craftsmanship and engineering. Providence Art Glass is not responsible or liable for damages caused by third party negligence. UL Listings can be acquired for an additional fee ( necessary for some hotels and restaurants). We proudly stand behind the products that we sell, and we guarantee the items you order to be free from defects through the manufacturer for (1) year after your purchase date. If at any time within that year you have any problems with the operation of your item, please contact customer service and we will be more than happy to either send any replacement part(s) or replace the defective item entirely based on the situation.
